I. Types of Information We Collect
To provide you with services such as bill reminders, credit assessment, and financial tracking, we may collect the
following types of information:
- Identity Information: including your name, date of birth, gender, and ID number (if necessary).
This information will be used to verify the authenticity of your identity, prevent fraud risks, and be used for our
internal compliance risk control process.
- Contact Details: such as your mobile phone number and email address, which are used to complete
account registration and login verification, and will also be used to send you bill reminders, service
notifications, security verification information, or communicate with you for customer service when necessary.
- Financial Information: We may collect financial-related data such as monthly income range, bill
amount, repayment record, etc. provided by you. This information will be used to evaluate your credit status,
formulate appropriate bill management suggestions, and help you better formulate personal financial plans.
- Location Information: When you authorize us to access the location of your device, we collect
your approximate location, IP address and other geographic location information to confirm whether you are
currently in our service coverage area, and also to detect and prevent possible abnormal login or fraudulent
behavior.
- Camera permissions: We need to access your camera permissions. During your credit assessment,
you will need to upload your ID for identity verification. We protect your privacy and will not use your camera
without permission.
- Device Advertising Identifier (IDFA): We will request access to your device advertising
identifier (IDFA) for personalized content push and ad fraud prevention. We will only collect and use this
information with your explicit authorization.
II. How We Collect and Use Your Data
ClearCredit adheres to the principle of data minimization, collecting only the information necessary for service
functionality. We will clearly inform you of the intended purpose before collecting any data and will seek your
explicit consent.
We may use your data for the following purposes, among others:
- To provide services such as bill management, expense tracking, credit scoring, and service notifications;
- To support identity verification, secure login, and fraud detection;
- To build risk models and optimize service strategies;
- To work with compliant third-party providers (e.g., payment gateways, cloud storage) as authorized by you;
- To meet auditing and regulatory requirements within the scope permitted by applicable laws.

storage, transmission, and use. This includes safeguards against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or

All data handling is strictly aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act 2023) and
relevant RBI (Reserve Bank of India) guidelines.

You have full control over your personal data. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, you have the

- Right of Access: Request to view the personal data we hold about you;

- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of certain data under specific conditions;

V. Policy Regarding Minors
ClearCredit does not provide services to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or process
personal data from minors. If we discover that a user is underage, we will promptly suspend the associated account
and securely delete all relevant data.
VI. Deleting an account
If you need to delete your account on our APP, you can contact the customer service team to delete it. Please note
that once the account is deleted, the data will be completely deleted and cannot be restored. Please operate with
caution.
